Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express and FedEx. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Frame Your Faith is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging Our art collages are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Samuel.Pohl03@Gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
